			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In middle of the Feria week we stay open, just like in previous years, for all of those who want to have a quick tapa or a full meal before heading to the Feria grounds for some sherry wines, &#8220;Rebujitos&#8221; (Dry sherry with ice and 7up) and some &#8220;tortilla de patatas&#8221;. But so you start feeling like you&#8217;re almost there, we&#8217;ve set up our own little &#8220;Caseta&#8221; (mobile bars which are set all through the Feria) in the entrance to our garden. Come check it out, and have a Fino and a tapa and listen to some Sevillanas before heading off to the FERIA DEL CABALLO.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As we announced a few days ago, this weekend we were starting with our new Spring menu at &#8220;Restaurante Sabores&#8221;, with new incredible tapas, meat and fish dishes.</p>
<p>This new spring menu, which you can check out surfing through our website, there&#8217;s a little bit of everything, and we firmly believe, that Jose Luis Jara&#8217;s cooking, as usual, isn&#8217;t going to let you down.</p>
<p>Some of the highlights of this new menu are the &#8220;Squid roe with tartar sauce&#8221; which you&#8217;ve been able to see in the photos of our previous post, the &#8220;Salmorejo (thick Gazpacho) sprinkled with cured pork-loin and crushed  almonds&#8221;,  the &#8220;Sautéed Foie grass with creamed peas and paprika&#8221;,  or the surprising &#8220;Noodles in squid ink with squid, pistachos and ali-oli&#8221;. In the fish section there has also been a big make over, where we must mention the incredible &#8220;“Tarantelo” – lower belly cut -  of blue-fin tuna  with sautéed mixed vegetables, soya sauce&#8221;, and the meat section, just to mention one of the new dishes, we must name the &#8220;Slow-baked leg of suckling lamb, chick-pea purée and glace carrots&#8221;.</p>
<p>And after all this, we still have to make sure we leave room in our bellies for Julia&#8217;s (our pastry chef) incredible home made desserts!, with the return of the popular &#8220;Dark chocolate mousse filled with vanilla cream&#8221; or the fantastic &#8220;Cheese cake with pineapple syrup, sprinkled with crispy raspberries&#8221; amongst other!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last thursday was de inaguration of the first &#8220;<a href="http://rutadelatapajerez.com/" target="_blank">Ruta de la tapa con cuchara</a>&#8221; (spoon tapa route) which we are proud of being a part of.</p>
<p>Almost 50 restaurants are forming part of this exciting new project, and as from last thursday until the 28th of February you&#8217;ll be able to visit all the participants and taste their competing dish for only 2,50€ (price includes a beer). You can also get a card with the list of restaurants and tapas each present which you can have stamped each time, to keep track of the tapas you have yet to taste.</p>
<p>Our competing dish is a &#8220;home made ravioly filled with ox tail meat, covered in pistachio served in ox tail sauce with bosqueño cheese&#8221;.</p>
