Last thursday was de inaguration of the first “Ruta de la tapa con cuchara” (spoon tapa route) which we are proud of being a part of.
Almost 50 restaurants are forming part of this exciting new project, and as from last thursday until the 28th of February you’ll be able to visit all the participants and taste their competing dish for only 2,50€ (price includes a beer). You can also get a card with the list of restaurants and tapas each present which you can have stamped each time, to keep track of the tapas you have yet to taste.
Our competing dish is a “home made ravioly filled with ox tail meat, covered in pistachio served in ox tail sauce with bosqueño cheese”.
